Teknical Solutionz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and the AI Health Coach App (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our site or use our products and services.

Information we collect
- Account information (e.g., email address and display name) when you sign in to the App.
- Profile information you provide (e.g., goals, fitness level, preferences).
- Health and wearable data (with your consent) such as activity summaries, sleep metrics, heart rate/HRV, resting heart rate, and step count from connected devices and platforms.
- Uploads you choose to provide (e.g., lab results, notes).
- Technical/usage data (e.g., device type, IP address, logs) needed to operate and secure the service.
Wearable integrations (including Garmin Connect)
If you choose to connect a wearable platform (such as Garmin Connect or other providers), we access data only after you explicitly authorize the connection using the provider’s authorization flow (for example, OAuth). You can revoke access at any time through the provider’s connection settings. Revoking access prevents future sync.
How we use your information
- Provide App features (dashboards, trends, recommendations, and personalized insights).
- Sync and analyze wearable metrics you authorize to support training, recovery, and wellness guidance.
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse/fraud.
- Respond to inquiries and provide consulting and support services.
AI processing
The App may use AI services to generate recommendations and explanations. We aim to minimize data shared with third-party AI providers and use reasonable safeguards. We do not sell your data.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data only:
- With service providers necessary to operate the App and website (e.g., hosting, databases, monitoring) under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- With your explicit consent (for example, when you connect an external service).
Data storage and security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No system is 100% secure.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the App and services, meet contractual needs, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see below).
Data deletion
- In‑app deletion: The App includes a “Delete All Data” option in settings that permanently deletes your stored App data.
- Email request: You may request account/data deletion by emailing joseph.toland@teknicalsolutionz.com.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Backup data, if applicable, is securely purged during normal retention cycles.

Children’s privacy
The App is not intended for users under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
