The App may integrate with Oura, Apple Health, and other wearable providers. Use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer, or disrupt service functionality.

6. Data Deletion

You may delete your account and associated data at any time using the in-app deletion feature or by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App does not provide medical advice and is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making medical decisions or changes to treatment.

3. Third-Party Integrations

The App may integrate with third-party platforms (for example, Oura, Apple HealthKit, and other wearable providers). When you connect an integration, you authorize access only to the data you approve, and you may revoke access at any time. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
