Two ways to assess your Salesforce org

Salesforce Health Check

Understand your org's current health and the issues that need attention. Review available security settings, Apex practices, integration configuration, platform limits, and license usage.

Receive a summary of findings, key risks, and prioritized recommendations for improvement.

Salesforce Well-Architected Review

Assess your org against Salesforce's own Well-Architected Framework (WAF) and a defined set of best practices and standards. Combine automated control checks with architectural review and evidence from your team.

Receive a control-by-control assessment with supporting evidence, identified gaps, and a prioritized remediation plan.

Supporting capabilities

Remediation planning

Turn validated findings into a prioritized backlog with recommended actions, dependencies, owners, and acceptance criteria agreed with your team.

Org documentation

Make objects, Apex, flows, and integration dependencies easier to understand through component documentation and architecture diagrams.

Org comparison

Compare metadata and assessment evidence across orgs to identify differences and potential reuse. Confirm comparable scope and collection dates before drawing conclusions.

Integration architecture

Review how Salesforce connects to other business systems, including API contracts, authentication patterns, and the responsibilities each system owns.

A defined scope for either engagement

We agree on the assessment scope and deliverables before work begins. Automated checks, consultant review, and evidence from your team support both engagement types.

Each engagement identifies the controls assessed, the sources inspected, and the items that remain unverified. Available checks depend on your org configuration, permissions, and licenses. Practices such as restore testing and delivery governance require evidence from the people who own them.

The Health Check highlights current issues and recommended actions. The Well-Architected Review maps findings to the agreed framework controls and standards, with a remediation plan prioritized around your business risks and delivery constraints.

What a finding can lead to

Illustrative examples of the review and planning process. These examples use fictional scenarios.

Apex sharing declarations need review

Review

Inspect classes flagged for missing sharing declarations and confirm how each entry point should enforce record access.

Remediation

Agree on the intended sharing behavior, update the affected classes, and test access with representative users.

Integration credentials appear in source code

Review

Validate a flagged credential pattern with the system owner and determine whether the credential is active.

Remediation

Rotate exposed credentials, move authentication into an appropriate credential configuration, and test the integration.

Legacy API versions remain in use

Review

Inventory affected Apex components and identify dependencies on older API behavior.

Remediation

Plan version updates in a sandbox, run regression tests, and stage the release with a rollback plan.
